- Lead and coordinate financial planning, budgeting, and day-to-day accounting operations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Manage cash flow, track expenses, and oversee core accounting functions including receivables and payables.
- Prepare financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decisions and business growth.
- Develop an understanding of operations to support cost accounting and profitability analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain awareness of relevant regulations.
- Establish and improve processes, systems, and procedures to support scalability and efficiency.
- Serve as a key partner to leadership, contributing to planning and decision-making.
- Support people-related processes including onboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining a pulse on company culture.
- Help build structure across both finance and administrative functions as the organization grows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage full-cycle accounting and understand overall financial performance.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Comfortable operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment with broad responsibilities.
- Proven ability to take ownership, build structure, and improve processes without direct authority.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively across the organization.
- Interest or experience in supporting HR or office-related functions is a plus.
