ACCOUNTANT – FINANCE COMPLIANCE

THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Maintains accurate import duty and tariff classifications and ensures compliance with regulatory standards

  • Supports duty drawback filings, intercompany transfer pricing, and segmented P&L requirements

  • Researches and advises leadership on U.S. GAAP and IFRS compliance topics while supporting audits

  • Assists with federal and state tax filings, tax provision reviews, and HQ/government reporting requirements

  • Strengthens internal audit, reconciliation, and financial controls to support operational efficiency

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred

  • 3–5 years of experience in audit, tax, or regulatory compliance (public accounting or industry)

  • Knowledge of cost accounting principles, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing

  • Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (standard costing preferred)

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a compliance-driven mindset
