Location:

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a vertical of clients, leading the strategy, execution, and communication across multiple projects and phases
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive, high-quality campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic
- Analyze performance data, surface insights, and make strategic recommendations, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives
- Identify risks, facilitate tough conversations when needed, and maintain accountability across internal and client teams
- Coach and delegate to junior team members
Background That Fits:
- 3–5 years of experience in account management within a digital or integrated agency environment
- Familiarity with paid media channels, including paid social, paid search, and programmatic, and how they contribute to full-funnel strategy
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple clients and projects, including cross-agency collaboration and client education
- Strong relationship-building and consultative skills, with a strategic mindset focused on long-term brand and business growth
- Comfortable owning client strategy, coaching junior team members, and navigating complex client structures
