We’d like to congratulate Alissa Farrow on her recent promotion to Vice President of Staffing and Search!

Alissa has been with AccruePartners since 2011 where she initially joined the company as a Staffing Manager on the Financial Services team. Over the past six years, she has proven to be a vital member of the AccruePartners team, showing tremendous growth and leadership. In 2015 Alissa was promoted to Division Director of VMS and Strategic Accounts where she oversees the delivery and staffing efforts of her team while recruiting at a full-desk capacity. Within 18 months of becoming Division Director, Alissa was able to grow the division by 125%. Under Alissa’s leadership, her team has landed as the number one supplier in many of our programs.

Due to her diligence and success within the company, Alissa has once again been promoted to Vice President of Staffing and Search. In this new role, she will oversee the Hiring and Development, Compliance, Candidate Experience and Consultant Care.
