Why This Role Is Important
- The client organization is developing an integration playbook to ensure that future acquisitions can be aligned quickly and consistently with corporate operations. While each subsidiary maintains extensive policy documentation, the goal is to create a centralized, digestible framework that captures best practices and enables repeatable integration.
- This consultant will lead the assessment, comparison, and consolidation of policies and procedures between two primary operating entities, distilling hundreds of documents into a structured, functional template.
- The resulting playbook will provide a clear, standardized foundation for governance, compliance, and scalability across the enterprise.
How You Are Qualified
- Proven experience in process design, policy documentation, or operational standardization across multi-entity organizations.
- Ability to assess and compare existing policies, standards, and procedures, and distill findings into a unified framework.
- Advanced Excel and template-building skills for developing comparative matrices and structured playbooks.
- Strong documentation, formatting, and analytical abilities, with an eye for clarity and consistency.
- Experience collaborating across multiple business functions — HR, Finance, Operations, EH&S, Procurement, and IT.
- Exceptional planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Backgrounds in administrative process design, documentation management, or policy analysis are strongly preferred.
