LOCATION:
- 5 days onsite in South End
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for National Account customers requesting quotes for fleet vehicle customization and upfitting services
- Create detailed estimates and quotes for aftermarket vehicle installations, including labor costs, materials, and specialized equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams and franchise locations to develop accurate quotes and ensure consistency across the National Accounts division
- Coordinate quote approvals with franchise partners and communicate final pricing back to customers
- Manage pre-approved thresholds for recurring services to streamline the quoting process
- Maintain familiarity with fleet industry vendors and manufacturers to support custom designs and build specifications
- Support both customer and franchise-facing communications throughout the estimation and approval process
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency in the front-end quoting workflow
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Experience in fleet-focused aftermarket vehicle upfitting, including roles in upfit/outfitting departments or fleet management companies
- Strong understanding of custom fleet vehicle build-outs and equipment installations (such as pest control units, ladder racks, specialized van configurations)
- Proficiency in creating accurate quotes and estimates that account for labor, material costs, and project scope
- Knowledge of fleet industry vendors, manufacturers, and the aftermarket upfitting ecosystem
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and franchise partners to gather requirements and verify specifications
- Experience in a quoting or estimating role with technical product knowledge specific to fleet operations (not retail automotive)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to develop detailed estimates while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
