Candidate has a very pedigreed background encompassing 12 years of Big 4 public accounting and an equal amount of time with well respected technology companies as a Corporate Controller. Responsibilities have included a very high level of Financial Reporting and overall management of the Corporate Accounting function - as well as maintaining the company's relationships with commercial bankers, creditors, auditors, and SEC counsel. Candidate is very fluent in the preparation and filing of all SEC Forms 10-K and 10-Q, financial statements and restatements, footnote/MD&A preparation, and the consolidation of financial results and is SOX savvy, GAAP fluent and looking to make a move due to the dissolution of previous company. Compensation: $120,000-$125,000

Controller
CPA with an accounting degree from prestigious University. After school, worked Big 4 Public Audit on large SEC clients for conformity with GAAP and GAAS principles as well as the testing and design of internal controls. Candidate has spent the last 8 years in high level accounting management for a $1BB manufacturing company. As Group Controller, this candidate served as the overall leader for the entire Accounting function and directed the accounting groups towards the accomplishment of all Month End Close and Reporting processes. Current role is Director of Accounting and Treasury. Compensation: $120,000-130,000

AR/AP Specialist
Excellent Accounting Assistant with her Bachelor Degree has recently relocated to Atlanta. Background includes manufacturing and high volume AP and AR invoicing to include up to 500 invoices weekly. Has handled monthly closing procedures, bank statement reconciliations, and quarterly/yearly closing procedures and tax returns. Systems experience includes Great Plains and Oracle 11.i. Intermediate Excel to include V-Lookup's. Candidate is open to contract or direct hire engagements. Compensation: $35,000-$40,000.

Senior Staff Accountant
Senior Accountant with 8 very solid years of accounting experience involving heavy ME Close and account reconciliation. Her roles have exposed her to a great deal of general ledger work as well as large amounts of fixed assets management. She's GAAP savvy, SOX fluent, and ready to make a move. Strong systems experience utilizing MAS90, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft and Crystal Reports advanced Excel skills with proficiency in V-Look Ups, and Pivot Tables Exceptional presentation, eager and motivated.
