Accounting Assistant Manufacturing and distribution firm in SW Charlotte is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team and offer direct support to the Accounting Manager. Position will be responsible for maintenance of the General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, researching and reconciling discrepancies in addition to working closely with other departments to conduct cycle counts, verify inventory and other projects as needed. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience is required. Great Plains is a plus and strong Excel skills are critical. Position will report into the Accounting Manager and will have significant ability for growth upon demonstrated performance. Excellent benefits and compensation range is $45,000-$55,000.

AP Processor Analyst South Charlotte Services Company is seeking to add an AP Processor Analyst to their growing team! Ideal candidate will have demonstrated stability, previous AP experience and leadership capabilities. This position will report into the Accounts Payable Supervisor and duties will include: Accurately and timely entering of Accounts Payable vendor invoices according to AP Company procedures along with clerical duties as assigned by the Accounts Payable Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor. Ability to communicate with vendors and branches regarding invoice payment status, maintaining department standards for input volume and keying errors are critical aspects as well. Qualified candidates will possess 2+ years of AP processing experience and must have the ability to key 10k+ keystrokes per hour. Temporary to Hire and $14.00 - $16.00 an hour.

Innovative manufacturing firm with an international presence seeks a Controller to support the Sales & Marketing team. The company has over $600M in annual revenues and is proudly listed on the NASDAQ for technology stocks. Fast moving, entrepreneurial, market-responsive corporate culture. This is a key role, integral to the success of the team and will have a high degree of independence. Responsibilities include extensive monthly reporting (dealer sales, expenses vs. budget, commissioning sales, etc.) and commission calculations. The Controller will report to directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing and will liaise heavily with the Accounting & Finance team. Seeking candidates currently at the assistant controller or controller level that possess a four-year degree (BS) in Accounting or Finance. CPA or advanced degree a plus. Experience with transactional accounting & data processing required. Ability to interact with a wide variety of personalities is key. Prefer a professional not focused on climbing the corporate ladder. Technical skills: Advanced Excel, Great Plains, and Cognos. Offering strong benefits package and competitive salary range based on skill set & prior experience. Compensation: $70,000-$80,000.
