AccruePartners Hosts Round Table for Charlotte HR Professionals

Charlotte, N.C.—May 7 , 2007—AccruePartners, a full-service recruiting firm specializing in human resources, accounting and finance, and corporate administrative support, recently hosted a roundtable for HR professionals entitled "How HR Can Transform an Organization's Culture" that provided a forum to discuss corporate culture. Guest speaker Cheryl Athey, SPHR, currently leads the HR department at RSI, an $800 million company headquartered in Charlotte.

"This round table event gave professionals from the community the opportunity to come together and discuss one of the key issues in HR today—corporate culture and the effect it can have on an organization," said Amy Noland, principal partner of AccruePartners.

Cheryl has firsthand experience in transforming an organization's culture through HR. In her current position with RSI, she has revolutionized the HR team and strategy, impacting critical metrics such as retention, employee satisfaction and employee performance. Her team of eight has impacted the culture throughout the company and currently supports two business units. She brought this experience to bear during the round table and talked about specific tactics that other HR professionals could use to successfully change their company culture.
