AccruePartners Selected As One Of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies By Inc. Magazine
The Firm’s Rapid Rise Is Due To Double-Digit Annual Growth and Team Effort
Charlotte, N.C. and Atlanta ( August 20, 2008) - Amy Noland, co-founder and principal of Charlotte-based AccruePartners, a recruiting and staffing firm with an additional office in Atlanta, Ga., announced today the company’s selection by Inc. magazine for its prestigious Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
According to Noland, "Being selected as one of the 5,000 fastest growing private companies in America is a great honor for AccruePartners. Having won this award gives us great pride in knowing that our business model works in harmony with our dedicated team serving both clients and candidates. We could not have accomplished this recognition without the support and effort of our employees, candidates and clients.”
Founded in March, 2002, by Noland and co-founder Patty Comer, the firm today has 23 employees. Together, the two principals represent a combined 30+ years of recruiting industry experience that includes skills in national account sales management and venture capital fundraising among other leadership attributes.
John Koten, publisher of Inc., notes “This achievement puts AccruePartners among an elite group that over the years has included Microsoft, Timberland, Cold Stone Creamery, Go Daddy, Intuit, Jamba Juice, Oracle and UnderArmour. Many of today’s most successful U.S. companies received their first public recognition when they appeared on the Inc. list.” The magazine’s award ceremonies will be held in Washington, D.C. September 18-20, 2008.
The company’s rapid growth rate slowed during the present economic downturn, but nevertheless continues to post double-digit gains into 2008. Noland says, “The staffing and search industry is highly competitive and yet we continue to grow by double digits even in slow economic times. Our success continues to be a motivating force behind what we do everyday.” |
