Patty Comer, co-founder and principal of AccruePartners, a regional recruiting and staffing firm with an office in Atlanta, recently was selected as one of “40 Under 40” rising stars for 2009 in business and community affairs by The Charlotte Business Journal.

   Comer brings more than 15 years of staffing and recruiting experience to AccruePartners. Prior to co-founding the firm in 2002, she owned her own franchise staffing business, managed a multi-state region as an area director for a large staffing corporation, and served as chief operating officer for a start-up, web-based hiring tools organization.
   Comer’s areas of expertise include search and direct hire placement, business ownership, branch operations and management, venture capital fundraising, business start-up and expansion, and online recruiting applications development.
