AccruePartners founders and principal partners Patty Comer and Amy Noland have a combined total of more than 35 years of experience in the recruiting industry. Each partner has led successful staffing organizations at the regional and national levels and has won numerous awards for successes in the industry. AccruePartners was founded in early 2002 with the mission to provide clients and candidates alike a more unique and seasoned approach to placement. Our headquarters is located in the historic South End of Charlotte, N.C.
Since our founding, we have experienced continued growth, added additional staff and successfully placed Charlotte's most successful and talented candidates. In 2008, AccruePartners added a new office in Atlanta. We remain committed to the key tenets upon which we were founded:
