Patty Comer & Amy Noland, with combined 30+ years of experience in the recruiting industry, founded AccruePartners with the vision of providing staffing solutions in a way that benefits both candidate & client. The task of identifying the right candidate for the right position is much too critical to delegate to apprentices, trainees or interns; therefore we make our business experience available to each & every client for each & every search. We serve as consultants to both client & candidate on every search, providing both with immediate & actionable feedback on interviews.

We are well connected in the Charlotte business community through industry associations such as the EMA, SHRM, APA, IMA & the IAAP. These & other business connections enable us to select top talent from referrals & direct recruiting, thus avoiding high-cost, low-return recruiting methods.



Patty Comer - Principal Partner
Patty brings over 15 years of staffing & recruiting experience to AccruePartners. She has owned her own franchise staffing business, managed a multi-state region as an Area Director for a large staffing corporation & served as Chief Operating Officer for a start-up, web-based hiring tools organization. Comer’s areas of expertise include search & direct hire placement, business ownership, branch operations & management, venture capital fund raising, business start-up & expansion & online recruiting applications development.


Amy Noland - Principal Partner
With more than 15 years of temporary staffing & executive search experience, Amy also brings a depth & wealth of insight & experience to AccruePartners. In the span of four short years, she progressed from Executive Recruiter to Area Manager for a nationally known staffing firm. She was instrumental in the start-up of several new divisions for two staffing industry giants & sold & serviced over $6 million in accounts as a National Accounts Manager. Noland’s areas of expertise include search & direct hire placement, branch operations & management, new market development, existing market turnaround & national account sales & management.
